I went there yesterday without an appointment for immigration purposes. The line had only 3-5 min. wait which is very fast for a busy clinic.Their receptionist was very friendly. She looked at my file and she knew what I need to get done.Nurses were very nice and informative.A chest x-ray took me total of 14 min. In and out. It was quite effective and efficient.Amazing experience for a clinic.Also yes you have to pay for the parking through an app. It charges 3$ for 2 hours. Which is good.

The receptionist was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. The ultrasound technician was just the same and so accommodating. Yesterday's visit was such a pleasant experience I've had at a health clinic in a very long time.

I had an appt for ultrasound but I also needed an xray. I was in and out before my actual appt time. It was seamless and the results came the next day! Amazing

I had a heart attack in this March. It was the worst n painful experience of my life. I was advised to visit this very clinic by my cardiologist. It's been 2 days Nuclear heart testing. From reception to examination room , everyone was phenomenal with behavior n professionalism. Staff was caring, polite, understanding n professional to the core. The entire environ there was pleasant n i did not feel for a second that i m here with life-threatening health condition. The two smiling ladies from Reception were there to make things easier for all the ppl waiting there. The entire team at Testing side was phenomenal, Mariana, afshan n 2 respected guys on day 2nd were so considerate, polite n professional that I can't find proper words to explain them. I was a worried soul when i entered in this clinic but my 2 days exposure with such nice team has lessened my pain n worries. I Really love n respect them all. The Best health facility, i ve visited so far ❤️

Never wait long..friendly staff

The front desk staff as well as the technicians were very professional and kind. Did everything to assist in getting my tests done in timely fashion. I always go here for my tests.

The Receptionist was so caring , managed to get me X-ray and ultrasound checks done one after the other even so the appointments had different times by 3 hours

My experience was honestly amazingThe staff was so nice and kind and even though I was in so much pain the ultrasound technician took her time and was very calm and patient with me and made me feel comfortable. Great job everyone 💕

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Fanshawe location in London. Not only was the facility clean but the staff, John, was so thoughtful and caring. He took the time to explain every step in the procedure to me and made me feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend this location to anyone requiring medical services
